The Scalpel is a 38 storey tower building located in the heart of the City of London, known as the Leadenhall quarter. The tower is being developed by the US Insurance Group W.R. Berkley.

Our Scope includes the full fit-out of the buildings washrooms over 34 floors including walnut veneered doors, Carrera marble walls and porcelain floors with a total of 364 cubicles. The works also includes the fit-out of the showers and changing areas and building management offices.

This building stands adjacent to 40 Leadenhall Street, where Ruddy recently completed the washroom fit-out.
